BIRTHDAY PARTIES
2 hour Party
Saturday
10 children minimum
Maximum depends on staff availability
FEES:
$20.00 registration fee* and registration form is due at the booking of the party.
10 children is $100.00, add $5.00 for every additional child (siblings included).
*Registration fee is nonrefundable and in addition to the $100.00.
AT REGISTRATION:
You will need to pick up consent form to send with each birthday invitation. These forms must be filled out by the guardian of each child attending and brought to the birthday party.
*No child will be allowed to participate in the gym activities without this signed release form.
We need to know the approximate number of children coming. The more children attending the party the more staff that we will need in order to keep a small and safe child/teacher ratio. Contact the office if this number changes after booking.
DURATION OF PARTY:
2 hours
60 min. Floor activities - warm up time, parachute fun, relay races, rotation on vault, obstacle course, beam and bars. (All activities will be geared to the age of the children attending the party.)
45 min. Cake, ice cream, opening of presents and more gymnastics activity if time permits.
15 min. "good-byes" on floor area.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE:
Tables and chairs, covering for the table, plastic cups, knives, spoons, forks, napkins, plates (for desert only), assistance-serving during party, gymnastics, games, activities, and an instructor.
You Provide:
Birthday cake, candles, ice cream, drink, or any food, plus utensils for the food you bring.

Overnight Parties
Saturday Nights Only
10 children minimum
Maple City Gymnastics is now offering overnight parties. These parties require a minimum of 10 children. One adult must stay and help for every 20 children attending the party. Consent forms must be signed and returned the day of the overnight party. *A $50 registration deposit is required in order to book your party.* Parties need to be booked at least 2 weeks in advance and are held only on Saturday nights.
PARTY ITINERARY:
7:00-7:15pm Check In
7:15-8:45pm Warm-up and do gymnastics
8:45-9:15pm Pizza (or snack and pop, whichever family wants to do)
9:15-10:00pm Cake & Gifts (if birthday)
10:00-10:30pm Open Gym
10:30-11:00pm Games, relay races, and contests
11:00-12:00am video (age appropriate-birthday child can select)
12:00am Break during the video to brush teeth and use bathroom.
12:30-1:00am Lights out
8:00-8:30am Wake-up/ breakfast
8:30am Parents pick up
Children should bring:
Sleeping bags, pillow, tooth brush, pj's, leotard or gym clothes, and anything else for an overnight stay.
Provided for your convenience:
Breakfast for party.
Any other food or cake is to be provided by the person booking the party.
Cost:
The cost is $200.00 for up to 10 children (including the birthday child) plus an additional $20.00 for every additional child.
